Do Not Try This at Home

Just FYI, if you add red wine when sauteeing chicken, it results in the most repulsive color of meat ever created.  Do not, I repeat, do not attempt this.  It may taste fine, but it will be difficult to get past the appearance to even taste it.  (Thanks go out to my hubby for discovering this little tip.)  Sorry I don't have a picture (wait, actually, I'm not...no one wants to see that.), but take my word for it:  purplish-grey chicken pieces=yuuuuuuck.  Just a little heads-up for all of you who like to cook with wine/drink with cooking/what have you.  You've been warned.
